Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
• Documentation: The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@chehalemgreen.net with your order number and reason for the return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the RMA number and your receipt.
3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@chehalemgreen.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
